The Election Coordinator, Election Operations, oversees various election operations, including county canvassing board support, municipal election support, the organization and overseeing of Election Day supply distribution, and meeting all statutory requirements and deadlines.

This position reports to the Elections Manager and does not supervise regular employees; however, during election events, the Election Coordinator, Election Operations, directly supervises Supply/Ballot Packing Leads and Team.

The Voter Service Clerk is responsible for the administrative processing of voter information into the voter registration system (Voter Focus) of the Orange County Supervisor of Elections (SOE) and the Florida Voter Registration System (FVRS). This position processes all records related to Florida voters’ data, such as applications, registrations, petitions, and Vote-by-Mail (VBM) requests. In addition to voter information processing, this position is also responsible for providing front-line customer support to the general public, officials, candidates, and other public agencies for the Orange County Supervisor of Elections (SOE).

All Voter Service Clerks report to the Voter Services Supervisor and may supervise other staff or temporary workers if assigned to do so.

The Software Developer I is responsible for assisting the Programming team in the development, documentation, debugging, and maintenance of databases and software application technologies for the Supervisor of Elections (SOE) information systems. 

The Software Developer I reports to the Assistant Director, Information Technology.

Performance is reviewed through observations, work performance, reports, and achievement of desired results.
