Am I Eligible to Vote?
This election is for City of Orlando districts 1, 3, and 5. To make sure you are within one of those districts within the City of Orlando, check your info on our website or contact us for help. When checking your registration, if no sample ballot is available, it is because you do not live within one of the districts with an election.
Important Dates
Deadline to register to vote: Monday, October 4th
Public test of voting equipment (at our office): Thursday, October 21st, 9 a.m.
Deadline to request a vote-by-mail ballot mailed to you: 5 p.m. Saturday, October 23rd. Visit our Vote-By-Mail page for more information.
Election Day: Tuesday, November 2nd, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Early Voting
Early voting will be at the Supervisor of Elections office only.
Monday, October 25th - Friday, October 29th, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily
Saturday, October 30th, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Sunday, October 31st, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Statement on Vote-by-Mail Signature Comparison
In accordance with the provisions of an act of assembly known as The Election Laws of the State of Florida, notice is hereby given that the Orange County Supervisor of Elections office will begin vote-by-mail voter certificate signature comparison on ballots received for the November 2, 2021 City of Orlando election, beginning Tuesday, October 5th, 2021 at 10 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m. Signature comparison times may vary, based on volume. Signature comparison on ballot materials, including cure affidavits, will continue each business day up until Election Day, Tuesday, November 2, 2021, and will be conducted continuously until the first unofficial results are obtained. Interested parties requesting reviewing access may check in at the Supervisor of Elections office main entrance.
